Cular Chorizo

Cular Chorizo, 300g approx

Allergen-free

Cured chorizo made from Duroc pork and beef, coarsely minced. Seasoned with paprika, garlic, and oregano, it is stuffed in a large-diameter natural casing and cured for 4–5 months in the unique microclimate of Los Ancares, where natural moulds enhance its flavour and fill it with nuances.
