Cular Salchichon

Cular Salchichón, 300g approx

Allegens: Lactose

Made from Duroc pork and lean beef. Its seasoning defined by pepper as the characteristic ingredient, enhances a deep, aromatic flavour. Stuffed in a large-diameter natural casing and cured for 4–5 months in the unique microclimate of Los Ancares, where natural moulds shape its flavour and fill it with nuances.
